Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit. They act as a memory for the site, allowing it to recognize your device and remember specific information about your visit. In addition to standard cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage (which stores data on your device without an expiration date) and tracking pixels (invisible images that track if a page was loaded).

For a gambling platform, these technologies are essential. They ensure that your session remains secure while you browse the casino lobby, maintain your connection to the server to prevent data loss during gameplay, and help us identify fraudulent activity to keep the community safe. Without these tools, the site would treat every page refresh as a brand new visit, making a seamless experience impossible.

Types of Cookies We Use

We categorize our cookies based on their purpose. Some are strictly required for the site to function, while others are used to optimize the experience or provide relevant content.

How We Use Cookies

Our use of cookies is focused on providing a secure and efficient environment for all users. We employ them for the following specific purposes:

Third-Party Cookies

While winmy9 sets its own cookies, we also allow cookies from trusted third-party service providers. These partners typically fall into three categories: analytics providers who help us understand traffic, advertising networks that show relevant offers, and payment processors who ensure your transactions are secure.

Because these cookies are managed by external entities, we do not have direct control over them. We encourage you to review the individual privacy and cookie policies of these providers for more detailed information on how they handle your data.

How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You have full control over the cookies stored on your device. Most modern browsers provide easy-to-access settings to block or delete cookies.

You may also use "Incognito" or "Private" browsing modes, which automatically delete cookies when you close the window. However, please be aware that this does not prevent the site from seeing your current session.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your primary method of controlling cookies is through your browser settings as described above. If a cookie notice is displayed upon your visit, you may use it to set your initial preferences.

Where provided by applicable laws in Malaysia, you may have general rights regarding your data, such as the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your information. For more detailed information on how we handle your data and our overall legal framework, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies on our platform.
